ואלא מהא דתניא חומר באש מבבור שהאש מועדת לאכול בין דבר הראוי לה בין דבר שאין ראוי לה מה שאין כן בבור ואילו שהאש משלמת שלא בכוונה דמים מה שאין כן בבור לא קתני
